Sous Chef Kitchen Manager-Centurion

Trendy Restaurant in Centurion is looking for a Kitchen manager. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant chef and/or kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment preferred. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing kitchen operation. Main focus will be stock management and quality control.
