Family franchise Restaurant in Kempton Park has a Sous Chef / Restaurant Management position available. Looking for individuals with 5+ years relevant chef experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment preferred. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing busy kitchen operation. Main duties will be stock management, variances and food cost reporting. Applicants must be skilled in staff management and able to lead a kitchen brigade.
