Sous Chef-Parkhurst

2 x Chef positions available for busy Restaurant  group in Parkhurst. Looking for individuals with 2+ years relevant chef experience. Experience with al a carte preferred. Must have good all round cooking skills. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Basic kitchen management knowledge essential.
