Sous Chef position available with new Restaurant opening in Parktown. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant chef experience. Experience with al a carte essential. Must have good all round cooking skills. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Strong knowledge of stock control and food costing essential. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Must be hard working. Experience in opening a new Restaurant preferred. Salary R 10000 - 13000 K nett depending on experience.
