Sous Chef required

Experienced Sous Chef is required for a busy a-la-carte restaurant to complement our current Kitchen Management Team.

Job requirements:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of three year's experience as a Sous Chef and have a culinary qualification.
  • Salary is negotiable
  • Please provide contactable references
  • Must have own transport

Job responsibilities:

  • Running the pass - co-ordinating dishes being sent out
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
  • Receiving and checking in of deliveries
  • Weighing and packaging portions
  • Production control
  • Maintaining par levels
  • Contributing ideas for new menus
