Experienced Sous Chef is required for a busy a-la-carte restaurant to complement our current Kitchen Management Team.
Job requirements:
- The candidate should have a minimum of three year's experience as a Sous Chef and have a culinary qualification.
- Salary is negotiable

Job responsibilities:
- Running the pass - co-ordinating dishes being sent out
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Receiving and checking in of deliveries
- Weighing and packaging portions
- Production control
- Maintaining par levels
- Contributing ideas for new menus
