Key Responsibilities of the Spa Therapist:
- Supports the smooth running of the leisure department, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest levels
- Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
- Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and adhere to all aspects of the Spa's operations
- Actively promote Spa treatments, programs and promotions and all discounts available.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment.
- Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Possess the ability to work without supervision
- Work to specific treatment protocols at all-time avoiding error in treatment
- Adhere to all treatment protocols at all-timing avoiding error in treatment
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and homecare offered
- Uphold standards of hygiene and sanitation as per health and safety regulations
- Maintain treatment rooms at all times with regards to professional setup, hygiene and standards, and Spa room setup
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- Experience in a 5-star Spa but not essential
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
Guests can dine at the Tab Grill, where they'll bask in views of the Indian Ocean as they indulge in flavorful grilled dishes and an expansive selection of wines. They can also keep up with their fitness routine in our gym, or head to the Camelot Spa to unwind. Our meeting facilities can accommodate up to 180 guests and are ideal for corporate retreats, seminars or personal events.
