Their innovative and flexible solutions are integrated in the Compliance and Risk Management workflows of different industries but primarily within financial services. Their products and services ensure structured and comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. The client offers comprehensive security and transparency in the management of client information for the main business as well as risk management.

Job Description

- Exceptional Customer Services Experience
- Valid Work Permit
- Excellent Knowledge of following Software: SQL Server, MS Office
- IT Support Experience +5 years

- Assisting Clients with all queries related to a project
- Email support
- Telephonic support – inbound & outbound
- Remote support
- Software installation
- Administrative duties
- Time and Billing
- Call Tracking
- Advanced Product support
- Installation Administration
- Responsible with assisting in POC’s
- Beginning to End query resolution
- Follow up communications
- End user Training
- Reporting assistance
- Must work from time to time on a Public Holiday
- Must be willing to work in a shift structure
