Function Specific
- Perform client and product analytics to unearth key insights to enhance product knowledge and sales growth to achieve strategic objectives.
- Build statistical models and algorithms, plus conduct advanced analytics that add value.
- Provide deep and actionable insights through interactive dashboards and other tools.
- To provide client insights on product usage and trends to identify cross sell and upsell opportunities.
- To provide sector insights on client CVP opportunities, industry trends, benchmarking of pricing, competitor pricing and analytical data.
- Provide data insights and analysis: tracking of sales gap closures; client CVP reviews, client profitability, client behaviour/product/channel usage trends, and product profitability.
- Ensure and provide data for refund and root cause analysis.
- Perform client analytics to unearth key insights to enhance product knowledge and sales growth to achieve strategic objectives.
- Maintain the availability of client behaviour containing product and channel insights and trends.
- Articulate key data insights through dashboards and other visualisation tools to enable value creation.
- Execute scenario models and analysis to aid decision making based on client behaviour and market trends.
- Execute machine learning, Artificial Intelligence and other modelling techniques to generate deep client and product insights.
- Strategic vendor and partner collaboration and management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for commercialisation, compliance, people, tech, support, operationalisation, servicing, and data requirements.
- Execute data led analytics to generate insights for product compliance and sustainability.
- Ensure accountability and understanding of the implications, possible requirements and opportunities whilst ensuring compliance.
- Improve personal capability and stay abreast of developments in field of expertise by identifying training courses and career progression opportunities for self with input from management.
- Professional Qualifications/Honours Degree
3 - 5 years relevant experience in product management
