Compensation & Benefits
- Prepare the annual workforce and salary budget including the evaluation of the need for new positions and the total remuneration cost
- Analyse different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Manage all increase related administration, timeous surveying, benchmarking and analysis
- Collaborate with line managers to drive HR & Compensation policies and processes
- Administration and management of the Job Profiling and Job Grading process
- Coordinates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company
- Management and administration of Saab Shares scheme
- Ensure a smooth expatriation and repatriation of all international assignments
- Coordination and administration of Expats and benefits planning & administration
- Provide guidance and support in obtaining the necessary visas, work permits, and other immigration documents
- Act as the liaison for communicating with immigration authorities and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in both the home and host countries
Knowledge Required
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, advanced skills in Excel and skills in SAGE 300 People
- Good working knowledge of international assignment management
- Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment and remuneration law and employees tax knowledge
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Active affiliation with appropriate compensation networks and organisations
- Planning and implementing skills
- Communication, relationship building and networking skills
- Ability to operate within a collaborative environment and must be able to work effectively as part of a team

- Act as a backup for Workday super user and be able to lean in to assist on Workday related enquiries when required
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance
