The Impact Youll Make
- System Administration: Perform user provisioning, access and role management in accordance to established practices and policies. Support system requests and change management efforts.
- Collaborative Approach: As a collaborative team player, you will work closely with colleague within department and build stable working relationships with program owners and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and Troubleshoot: As the initial point of contact for system support queries, provide first-level support, and effectively escalating more complex requests to the appropriate parties when necessary, ensuring a seamless and efficient system support experience for our internal end users. Demonstrate your analytical abilities in monitoring the platform, promptly identifying and troubleshooting problems as they arise.
- Quality Assurance: Your commitment to excellence will shine through your participation in quality assurance process, where you will support activities such as data quality checks, user acceptance testing, process adherence, and access control management.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration settings and workflows, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of system processes. Contribute to our ongoing mission of operational excellence.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a SaaS system administration role, preferably with exposure to platforms (such as Onspring, SAI360 (Compliance 360), Archer, Salesforce.com, Cornerstone, GRC, LMS, CRM or similar) to support compliance, risk management, and similar programs.
- College degree or equivalent in a technology or related field.
- Basic understanding of business system concepts and principles.
- Passion to learn and curiosity for how things function.
- Ability to learn subject matter quickly and immediately apply knowledge.

- Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur, ability to identify systemic issues based on the analysis of gaps, vulnerabilities and configuration of data.
- Relevant certification in the administration or configuration of a SaaS platform.
- Familiar with data governance, data quality, and data management practices.
- Experience data import/ export methods and use of comma-separated values (CSV) files.
- Experience of workflow logic, triggering events, evaluation criteria, rule criteria and time-dependent actions.
- Working knowledge of GRC processes and principles.
- Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Impact You'll Make
It is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa and will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line in order to work effectively.
