Job Description
Responsible for the Procurement Payment Process Delivery (based on pre-defined criteria set by The Corporate Procurement Manager) including Process requirements for paying various goods and services.
- Schedule monthly or periodic procurement payment deliverables for facilities and other business units.
- Engage stakeholders, internal and external to meet scheduled payment target dates, etc.
- Timely payment processing through on time generation of requisitions.
- Maintaining the correct and consistent journals for relevant cost centres.
- Reporting on monthly payments for local and branch offices
- Addressing payment queries for both internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Accurate processing of all the above to generate the correct transaction as per quotation or invoices.
- Procurement Diploma
- Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Certificate Level 3 would be an added advantage.
- 2 - 3 years in Procurement administration role.
- 2 - 3 years' experience in oracle and related procurement system.
