ROLE PURPOSE
To maximize revenue opportunities through establishing, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with Channel Partners. Position LIT as the partner of choice by cultivating relationships and identifying opportunities whilst achieving and exceeding sales targets.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Deliver on Sales Strategy
Actively identify new Channel Partners whilst maintaining and growing business with existing Partners. Generate and maintain opportunity pipeline and credible business forecasts to meet sales targets.
Track and record sales activities and co-ordinate cross functional processes to ensure all functions integrate and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Obtain information regarding the customer activity cycle and current telecommunications infrastructure and identifying business opportunities.
Customer lifecycle management
Customer competitor analysis, win/loss reviews to improve pricing and product offerings, analysis of market trends.
Build and grow relationships to ensure excellent customer experience.
Oversee the execution of the complete sales process.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Related Tertiary qualification and at least 3 years' related experience within the ICT sector including technical knowledge within OCT or Telecommunications and a proven track record with Channel Partners
