Role purpose
This role will play a crucial role in bridging business requirements with technology capabilities, ensuring the delivery of scalable, efficient, and effective solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of architecture principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Solution Design and Architecture:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, functional requirements, and technical constraints, and translate them into comprehensive solution designs.
- Create end-to-end architectural designs that encompass systems, applications, data, and integration points while considering scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between solution architecture and project goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of architectural decisions.
- Identify potential technical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure project success.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that can enhance business processes and outcomes.
- Document architectural designs, decisions, and patterns, ensuring that the documentation remains up-to-date and accessible to the project team.
- Establish and promote architectural best practices and coding standards to ensure consistency across projects.
Technical / Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Honours or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or related roles.Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications) are a plus.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions, including hands-on experience with architecture patterns, integration strategies, and scalability considerations.
- Experience with a variety of technologies, such as databases, networking, security, and integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies/ industry trends along with the ability to leverage them in application development and support initiatives
- Capable of articulating the business value of IT investments/projects and collaborating with partners and cross-functional groups during implementation
- Ability to make recommendations as they pertain to improvements in support/development initiatives and facilitate implementation with partners, IT and cross-functional groups within the Business
