About the role A Talent Sourcing Specialist is a pivotal figure in talent acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates with the right skills. You will leverage various tools and networks to source candidates, create enticing job adverts, and build candidate relationships, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for the organization. Their role is integral in securing top talent to meet the company's staffing goals.
Our ideal candidate has:
- A relevant degree in Psychology or Industrial/Organisational Psychology
- 3 5 years experience in:
Telephonic screening techniques for the purpose of shortlisting or attracting candidates upholding an excellent candidate experience through effective response handling and timeous candidate feedback
Market Mapping and gathering marketing intelligence
Working in a target driven environment
What you will be doing:
You will provide a specialist sourcing service for the purposes of external talent acquisition, through:
