Role purpose:
The Specialist TowerCo Portfolio will assume the role of being a SPOC with a number of TowerCos in terms of accounts management. The Specialist will be required to provide financial forecasts, take the responsibility of accounts consolidation, and in conjunction with other management team drive strategies for long-term savings, market analysis and drive efficiencies across the leasing portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for providing input in managing strategic TowerCo accounts and delivering long-term efficiencies from those accounts
Ensures adherence to annual budget plans
Establishes appropriate relationships with TowerCos and leverages those relationships to ensure maximum value for the MNO
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to on strategic initiatives for long range planning
Provide input to help with decisions on acquisitions strategy and align internal procedures to the overall departmental targets.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Technical / professional qualifications:
A 3 year degree/ diploma (Business Management/ Real Estate Management/ Built Environment) essential
OR
A 3 year (B Sc/B Tech) Degree in built environment CM/PM/QS with 5 years experience in Portfolio Management will be an advantage
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
3-5 years Experience in Property Management
A solid understanding of lease management and management of landlord relationships
A thorough understanding of MNO priorities related to Network Property Management.
Understanding of the Value Chain with regards to MNO Property Management
Contract management experience
