- Contribution to Training Plans through needs analysis
- Development or modification of Training Programme and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Operator Process training or "Train the Trainer" inetrventions.
- Maintaining Idustry based relationships.
- Administrative Applications.
- Matric/Diploma in Production Management
- Assessor certification
- At least 5 years Sugar Manufacturing process experience or similar industries eg. paper, flour mills etc.
- Advanced Computer skills/literacy.
- A valid drivers license.
- A high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The flexibility and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently.
- Must have high ethical values and professional maturity.
- A team player with a strong, confident and assertive personality.

- Ability to work and make decisions under pressure and take initiative.
