Youre Role:

• Marketing Properties: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract tenants for high-end residential properties.
• Engaging with Potential Tenants: Communicating with potential tenants to showcase properties and address inquiries.
• Arranging Viewings / Handling Queries: Scheduling property viewings and addressing any queries from prospective tenants.
• Tenant Placement and Administration: Managing the process of tenant placement, ensuring compliance with FICA regulations, vetting procedures, and handling leasing documents.
• Financial Administration: Assisting with debtors and other administrative duties related to property management.

Requirements

• Senior Certificate (Minimum)
• Personable and positive attitude, with confidence in interacting with strangers
• Proven experience in sales or leasing within the property market.
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills, reflecting a warm and customer-focused approach.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Own transport is essential.
