We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Staff Accountant. The preferred candidate possesses a degree in Accounting or Business and exhibits proficiency in financial analysis, along with prior experience as a Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor management.
  • Managing cash transactions, including recording daily cash receipts and disbursements.
  • Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
  • Assisting in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Generating financial reports and assisting in financial analysis as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Collaborating with other team members to support overall financial operatio
  • Communicates with vendors/customers
  • Follows up on account statements, vendor invoice discrepancies, and responds to vendor inquires
  • Basic accounting knowledge to research, and resolve accounting issues or discrepancies
  • Research customer account inquiries, and resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Assist in special projects as needed

This job operates in a professional office environment. We are seeking an experienced 1st Party Collections Agent to be responsible for contacting customers to collect overdue payments on accounts while maintaining a high level of customer service. The agent will use various communication methods to reach out to customers, resolve disputes, and negotiate payment plans. The ideal candidate will have superior command of the English language, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound collection calls to customers with past due accounts.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to bring accounts current.
  • Offer solutions to customers experiencing financial difficulties to help them maintain their accounts in good standing.
  • Review and analyze customer accounts to identify overdue payments.
  • Document all customer interactions and update account information in the system accurately.
