- Support the CEO & Head of Coverage to manage and coordinate the operational and administrative, deliverables of the South Africa business.
- Assist with basic analysis and reporting relating to all aspects of the business performance.
- Provide support with basic analysis of key materials and producing preparatory notes.
- Provide coordination and administrative support with delivery of various bank initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Awareness and understanding of the Groups business strategy and model appropriate to the role.

- Learning and competently execute internal (local, regional and global) operational and administrative processes within the business.
- Learn and competently execute basic 1st line of defence risk management processes and administrative requirements.

- Provide calendar management support including booking of internal/external meetings, conference, and video calls.
- Ensuring all invoices have been processed and vendors paid within the specified timelines.
- Assist in daily interaction with the CEO office and Coverage teams and other internal stakeholders ensuring that all administrative responsibilities are handled smoothly and efficiently, delivering a consistently high level of support.
- Ensuring the meeting materials/decks have been received prior to each meeting.
- Assist in arranging team meetings, coordinating with speakers, preparing agenda, noting of action items.
- Assist event organisation on ad hoc basis: Team Face to Face meetings and visits of Group Leaders and other special project i.e., volunteering projects within the bank.
- Assist with coordinating and procuring office needs (equipment, stationery etc) of the Coverage team; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Raise RMS request for all IT Procurement requirement of the department, follow-up and ensure the request is done on time.
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to issues.
- Support with collation of materials/decks for submissions to the appropriate bodies and risk forums.
- Support with minute taking and typing of minutes for committee and forum meetings where CEO Office is secretariat.
