Zakhele Manufacturing & Design, a division of Learn to Earn Development Enterprise (Pty) Ltd requires the services of a suitably qualified stock control & procurement admin clerk to join the Khayelitsha based team.
Job responsibilities:
- The primary purpose of the position is to provide administration support to this division.
- This is a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate will be based at Learn to Earn's Campus in Khayelitsha.
Job requirements:
- Hold to LtE's statement of faith and be an active member of an evangelical church (leading and partaking in morning devotions).
- Excellent computer skills, particularly, Excel.
- Knowledge and understanding of how an accounting system and department operates.
- Knowledge and understanding of how Pastel works is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and adherence to the highest standards.
- Well-organised and systems orientated.
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- Ability to work interculturally, independently and in a team environment.
- To endorse and promote the philosophy of ministry of LtE, likewise to promote and endorse the code of conduct of LtE.
