Stock Controller – R10 500pm
Duties And Responsibilities
-Monitor stock levels by performing daily stock counts
-Monitor wastage and breakages
-Manage stock rotations
-Manage food costs
-Reconcile counts, follow up with correct party and place orders accordingly
-Manage deliveries and receive stock
-Take charge of purchases at fresh produce market
-Organise, pack and maintain contents of all storage facilities
-Manage supplier relations and accounts
-Capture and reconcile supplier invoices
-Supervise cleanliness of all areas
Minimum Requirements
-Degree or diploma in finance, admin, stock control etc.
-Restaurant and/ or food experience advantageous
-Accurate capturing ability and excellent computer skills
-Ability to work in a pressurised, fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Valid drivers licence
