OK Foods Middestad Mall is looking to employ a store administrator.
Job requirements:
- At least three years retail administration experience
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
- An added advantage would be a retail diploma and previous working experience within a franchise environment.
- The successful candidate will have 3 - 5 years experience within a retail administration position and will have a clear understanding of all administrative functions within a retail store. This would include, finance, shrinkage and point of sale.
- They will also understand the daily operations and associated admin functions.
- The position requires that the successful candidate be able to investigate and implement best practices and policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements.
- They will have a good understanding of legislation and compliance as well as a working knowledge of labour legislation.
- In addition to their focused admin role they will be expected to impart knowledge and train managers and staff on administration and the implementation of best practices within admin.
- The position offers a salary which is in line with the experience and requirements. The salary band is between R10 000 - R14 000 ctc per month.
