The role of Store Support provides general assistance in our stores to ensure that our customers always well looked after and receive a brilliant experience with our brand.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensuring all our products are always well stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.
- Ensure that our spaces and product always show up brilliantly through performing general cleaning duties.
- Maintaining the customer area ensuring that it is always fully stocked, clean and inviting.
- Gain a good understanding of our product offering.
- Ensuring the storeroom is kept neat and tidy.
- Assisting with moving and preparing stock for use on the retail floor.
- Processing of customer payments at Point of Sale and taking accountability for cash desk when required.
- Available to work on weekends when required.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience in a similar role focused on looking after customers.
- Drivers license preferable.
- Passionate about excellence and attention to detail.
