Role Overview

Were looking for a proactive Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team. You will have a passion for sales, and youll develop broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue to offer a worldclass retail and customer experience (CX) to our customers. We are looking for team members in the following regions:

Gqeberha, Eastern Cape

This is a bench role which exists for the purpose of talent pipeline creation to address our future hiring needs as they become active.

About the role?

As a Hilti Store representative, youll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large

construction projects. Its a busy, hands-on role, where youll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. Between serving customers, youll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs, managing inventories, and developing a customer base through proactive contact and sales.

What you need is:
  • Bachelors degree / Diploma (Sales , Marketing , Business, or industry related ) Is advantageous
  • Min 2 years client- facing sales experience and/or customer experience
  • Superior verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • A high level of English communication skills
  • An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset with a team oriented, self-driven attitude
  • A proven track-record as a top-performer who consistently meets and exceeds goals
  • A willingness to work in a sales-driven environment
