STORE MANAGER
SALARY: R20 000 – R22 000 p/m
MUST BE ABLE TO START 15 MARCH – 20 MARCH 2017
SANDTON CITY, JOHANNESBURG
This role requires drive, execution and accountability. Collaboration, resilience and strategic thinking are essential. It also requires flexibility to work on weekends (200 hours p/m).
In your role as Store Manager, you will assume responsibility for overall management of the store, staff, merchandise and customer service. The Store Manager is responsible for driving his/her team to achieve sales objectives, achieving high merchandise and operational standards.
This role requires the candidate to have a passion for fashion.

Essential requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years retail experience with up to date references
- College diploma or equivalent experience a plus
- Strong business acumen and skill-set
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well spoken & well presented
- Great organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communicational and customer-service abilities
