Job requirements:
- Certificate or equivalent NQF level 5 qualification (Business Administration, Business Management, Hospitality Management)
- 1-2 years industry related experience
- 2- 5 years management experience in a busy restaurant or retail environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including people, product and customer processes
- Knowledge of technical Operations Standards and back office systems
- Communication skills – both written and verbal
- Financial and business acumen
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Valid driver's licence is essential
