Leading fashion group in South Africa, that is also internationally recognised, is seeking a Store Manager.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years fashion management within a retail environment.
Since the entire store reports to the store manager, the responsibilities of the retail store manager are a mixed bag.
qualities of the Store Manager:
1. Workplace scheduling
2. Team development Along with the singular employees,
3. Problem solving skills
4. Day to day operations Along with the human resources part,
5. Product management along with the financial aspects and management of the stocks and profits.
Requirements:
Your credit and criminal records must be clear
Must be willing to learn and grade 12 essential
Must have managed a minimum of 4 staff members
Experience in fashion Accessories an advantage
High energy levels and determination to succeed.
Figure Financials and administration orientated.
Must have Sales management.
