You are an experienced
corporate short-term insurance professional with at least
5 years experience in this space and includes strong product knowledge in at least the
Property & Casualty, Liability, Engineering, Marine, and Cyber product lines. You have a track record of managing relationships and achieving business growth because you are self-motivated, results-orientated, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. You operate at a high level of professionalism and are in good standing with the corporate insurance market.
In this capacity, your core purpose will be to manage and nurture relationships with
existing and
new brokers, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and
retention whilst expanding your market reach and
increasing business opportunities.
To further qualify for this role, you will need:
- Relatable qualifications (preferred)
- A strong understanding of the global corporate insurance market incl. industry dynamics and emerging trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong ability to build relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders
- The proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close business opportunities with brokers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
