The PepsiCo Africa, Middle East & South Asia (AMESA) Strategy team plays a critical role in
charting the growth of our business and developing fact-based recommendations to achieve our
strategic and financial objectives.
The AMESA Strategy team is part of PepsiCos Global Strategy function and works across our
entire portfolio of beverages and snacks, acting as the business internal advisors on overall
business strategy and specific market and category deep dives.
The Strategy Manager is a key part of the AMESA strategy team and delivers answers to critical
questions related to our business strategy, evaluates potential M&A and supports leadership in
business planning. Proficiency in market and competitive intelligence analyses, internal and
external benchmarking, and strong capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint tools is a must. The
candidate must be comfortable with financial modelling, be able to succinctly communicate to
executives whilst collaboratively working with key stakeholders in Sector and Business Units. The
Strategy Manager will share the team's accountability in producing top-notch quality deliverables
for senior management at the local, regional, and global levels, and provide leadership and
coaching to junior members of the team as required.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 6-8 years of strategy experience with a Top-Tier consulting firm, earlier experience in FMCG
- MBA preferred
- Proficient in communicating in English

- Excellent technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner
