Key Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Qualification: PR Eng. Structural Engineer certification
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in structural design within the building industry
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in site inspections, design, checking, and remedial actions
• Technical Expertise: Involved in projects where gang nail or ultra-span trusses were used
• Mentorship: Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Training: Experience facilitating Continuing Professional Development training courses
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and conduct roof assessments
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Sales Acumen: Identify and pursue sales growth opportunities within the region
• Customer Support: Provide proactive support to customers and generate regular reports
• Leadership: Demonstrate effective leadership skills and adaptability
• Problem-Solving: Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex roofing problems
• Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with relevant SANS codes and regulations
