Student Sales Advisor (JB1413)
P7500 per month plus commission
Assisting in the implementation of marketing and/or advertising campaigns.
Achieve agreed targets and performance indicators across all areas of responsibility.
Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
Product and Policy knowledge
Keep informed regarding academic program requirements, enrolment restrictions and other issues related to recruiting and admitting students.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Online product offering.
Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks to generate student reports for management whenever required.
Responds to communications within 24hours of receipt.
Investigate problems; prepare reports; develop solutions and make recommendations.
Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
Adhere to College policies, particularly those relating to equality and diversity.
Adhering to corporate process and procedure.
Be involved in continually reviewing, improving, and optimising the effectiveness and efficiency of your processes.
Undertake any other duties consistent with the key responsibilities and duties of the post, as directed by your Manager.
