Looking for a job that will grow my thinking capacity

Actually I was doing IT(Software Development) I was forced to drop out due to financial problems, because of this there is a lot I didn’t learn so I am not hundred percent sure for me to work on jobs that require it. I am naturally good at IT I do understand a little bit more on the software rather than the hardware side.

I am looking for a job which requires creative thinking and leadership skills, and the workplace should be a diverse one, because i believe in equality. The job must ensure training to new candidates, so that they would get equal opportunities as other employees in the workplace, and perform to the employers required competence.

I am looking for an administrative position. I am a flexible worker and I don't mind working in routines, I am consistent and willing to learn more in the field I will be working. I have good communication skills and I am a peoples person. I don't mind working in groups or teams, because that builds a strong relationship between employees and employers.
