To assist in the delivery of world-class imagery for e-commerce that reflects the Bash brand's identity represents the relevant customer clusters and drives conversion. The Junior Stylist is in the intermediate phase of their career and is flexible in their duties.
What You'll Do
- Define channel and content strategies, and communication style and oversee the implementation of the rollout.
- Under supervision, execute e-commerce shoots that follow the Studio Style Guidelines for Apparel, Stills, Jewellery, Beauty and Homeware.
- Develop a sense of ownership and leadership on shoots. This means bringing the most out of the product and model in the least amount of shots.
- Maintain and execute the creative identity and brand aesthetic of Bash.
- Understand the Bash customers and use the data provided to create looks that are relevant, on-trend, fashionable, and with the customer in mind.
- Collaborates with Key Stylists on projects and outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation of products and sets prior to shooting.
- Continually balance creative flair with daily outputs and studio targets.
This job is for you if you have:
- Minimum 2+ year experience in styling/assisting in stills and video.
- Commercial awareness including good knowledge of designers, brands and trends.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Organised and methodical with an eye for detail.
- Self-starter with a positive, proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to manage good interpersonal relationships.
- Must be open and flexible to earlier or later working hours or working on the weekend only when shoots demand it.
- Have history of successfully spearheading work of significant innovation and complexity, while developing and leading the strategy
- Be known for delivering high-quality work while keeping your own team productive, fun, and happy!
