Your role is to sell custom made mens suits to new clients and manage current clients in our store in Parkhurst, Johannesburg.
You will meet with new clients and take them through the process of choosing custom clothing.
From discussing exactly what the client is looking for, to choosing the specific fabrics, to taking their measurements.
A high level and understanding of customer service is crucial.
An interest in men’s fashion, particularly classic men’s wear is important.
You will also meet with clients to fit their clothing, the fitting process is technical, pinning their new clothing and planning adjustments as necessary.
We will train you in all these skills, each aspect of the role will be taught and practiced.
We are looking for someone who is good with people, and has an interest in men’s wear.
The role has a basic salary plus commission.
