Sunnyside, Pretoria: CALL CENTRE DEBT COLLECTION AGENT
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female, preferably aged 25+ years
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must – Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Debt Collection experience a must
-Legal Debt Collection experience at a law firm preferred
-Strong administration skills
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Stable career record A MUST (No job hoppers, CV must indicate employment dates, long term employment at previous employers etc.)
-Contactable references
-To start immediately / as soon as possible
Duties:
-Telephonic Debt Collections of outstanding accounts for Company providing legal practice management solutions for law firms and advocates
Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 18 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on Debt Collection experience)
