Job Description
- Effectively supervising allocated technical team, to deliver installation/repairs in accordance with customers agreed SLAs and SOPs and institute action to rectify non-compliance
- Ensure techs are made aware of required client specific requirements and assist in documenting these requirements.
- Ensure techs continually meet the agreed targets of set out.
- Effectively executing technical evaluations on both fitments/repair quality, competence and compilation of appropriate evaluation reports.
- Carry out at least 2 assessments per tech every 6 months.
- Continuous improvements of processes, solving problems, and integration solutions.
- Effective on boarding and management of new and existing customers.
- Ensure optimal allocation, utilization and cooperation with planning and scheduling dept. and address poor efficiencies.
- Ensuring workshops, fleet and equipment comply to health and safety standards.
- Timeous and accurate compilation of weekly and month productivity and technical reports.
- Effective resolution of technical and client queries and escalations in accordance with business parameters.
- Effective support to the planning and scheduling teams.
- Manage services provided to customers by allocated team members ensuring professional interaction at all times and adherence to relevant SOP, SLA.
- Providing comprehensive feedback and resolutions to all parties in agreed time lines.
