We require the services of an experienced supervisor to be responsible for a Sectional Title building.
Job requirements:
- At least 3 years practical experience in a Sectional Title environment.
- Must be computer literate.
- Be able to work as a team member.
- Have reliable transport.
- Must be able to coordinate and manage maintenance projects.
Job responsibilities:
- To handle all enquiries from both owners, trustees and tenants.
- Supervise all other staff employed by the body corporate.
- The successful applicant will be required to attend meetings after hours.
