Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- RE 5 would be advantageous
- FAIS would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the short-term insurance industry preferably in a supervision monitoring role
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Conduct regular audits on employees to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Ensure clear and effective communication channels are maintained with stakeholders.
- Track and report on the implementation of corrective action to be taken.
- Verify and audit relevant coaching to be provided to employees.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant short-term insurance legislation and regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities for improving supervision and monitoring processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audits, feedback and corrective actions.
- Monitor trends and identify potential risks.
- Above average computer literacy in MS Word and Excel
- Above average numeric skills
