Supervision Monitoring Administrator

Minimum Qualification Required
  • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
  • RE 5 would be advantageous
  • FAIS would be advantageous.
Minimum Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the short-term insurance industry preferably in a supervision monitoring role
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
  • Conduct regular audits on employees to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication channels are maintained with stakeholders.
  • Track and report on the implementation of corrective action to be taken.
  • Verify and audit relevant coaching to be provided to employees.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant short-term insurance legislation and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for improving supervision and monitoring processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audits, feedback and corrective actions.
  • Monitor trends and identify potential risks.

  • Above average computer literacy in MS Word and Excel
  • Above average numeric skills

  • Must be highly proficient with administrative tasks and coordination within an insurance environment
