Description
The Banqueting Supervisor oversees all aspects of a conference, banquet or event, including set up, menu selection, food presentation, serving and clean-up while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service. As and when required, he/she also supervises any other F&B Operations (Restaurant, Room Service etc).
Requirements
- Matric
- 1 - 2 years Banqueting supervision/ Management experience
- Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience in Hotel management software and Point of sale software
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Effective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel
- Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
- Great attention to detail
- Presentable and well spoken
- Team Player who leads by example
