The position reports into the Supply Chain Planning Manager and has no direct reports.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portion of replenishment planning for a portfolio of products for daily ordering
- Identify ideal fulfilment models for products within departments and divisions based on sales plans, etc.
- Stakeholder to respective Retail team for the responsible portfolio
- Monitor replenishment frequencies, order cycles effective for the portfolio etc.
- Assist with divisional stock balancing across the Distribution Centres for Replenishment portfolio
- Weekly reporting & analysis for portfolio on supplier OOS & portfolio availability
- Operation resolution on daily issues within the portfolio
- On-going alignment with other departments on stock cover and related issues
- Management of Availability KPI for respective Portfolio
- Operational management of planning tool
- Systems testing of Planning tool
- Creative and practical problem-solving skills. Solution-oriented.
- Fast learner and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Good communications skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

- Understanding of basic Supply Chain networks and modelling preferred

- High proficiency with analysis, BI and modelling tools
- Proficiency with data manipulation tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or Knime is advantageous

- BCom / BTech / NDip (Commercial, Engineering or similar degree)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, analytics, or planning in relevant industries.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office packages with proven advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience in the retail industry is beneficial
