Purpose of Role: The successful candidate will be responsible to analyze and optimize supply chain operations to meet business requirements. To evaluate supply chain processes, oversee inventory management and distribution in the supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First:
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Adhere to all Safety Health Environment (SHE) and housekeeping requirements at the branch and customer sites at all times. Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times.
- Continuous improvement:
- Execution of continuous improvement programs in the supply chain network, Identify and implement best in class supply chain technology through Innovation, infrastructure suitable to the scope and size of the business along with disciplines that underlie a supply chain operation.
- Engineer and Implement strategies and liaise with other departments to reduce costs and parts inventory holding throughout value chain of the supply chain.
- To develop, implement and enhance Supply Chain policies, procedures and codes aligned to legislation and sector, group standards
- To optimize the internal/external warehouses and ensure that the value chain of our transportation and distribution is efficient.
- Lean manufacturing programs to align the suppliers with that of the organization
- Quality:
- Demonstrate high quality of work in the form of (report writing, Oral and written presentations)
- B Tech/B Eng: Industrial engineering
- 5 Years experience as a supply chain engineer
- Experience/understanding of planning, inventory turns and inventory health
- Critical thinker and problem solving skills
