YOUR MISSION
To maintain, organize, and analyze supply chain data while supporting operational processes to ensure everything runs like clockwork. Youll be the backbone of the supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance every step of the way.
This is a fully remote, contractor (self-employed) position.

- Tackle ad-hoc tasks with initiative, delivering solutions that enhance overall team performance.
- Experience: Entry-level or up to 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization tools). Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience). Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, or data analysis tools is a plus
- 30 Days: Youve familiarized yourself with supply chain systems and processes, contributing to day-to-day tasks
- 60 Days: Youre managing data records, purchase orders, and supporting process improvements with confidence
- 90 Days: Youre independently handling key responsibilities, optimizing workflows, and driving operational efficiency.
