Minimum Requirements For The Role
- Must have a Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management, specializing in demand planning and inventory management within the agrochemicals industry will be required
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multitask are essential
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with SAP experience
- Good proficiency in English and effective communication skills are important
- Managing the end-to-end forecast process, with the various stakeholders across the value chain.
- Overseeing stock takes, managing stock transfers, and proactively handling stock disposal.
- Tracking vessels, managing inbound stock, and reconciling purchase orders.
- Handling PR/PO creation, invoice submissions, and managing non-conformances.
- Preparing weekly stock reports, monthly health of inventory reports, and managing NCM reporting.
- Leading and developing a team of Customer Service Operators, ensuring efficient order processing.
- Identifying process/system efficiencies, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
