Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
While being part of Nokia global Supply Chain department, the SAV (Southern Africa and Vodafone) team sits within Market Operations team MEA. We are working on the end-to-end logistics/operational aspects for some of the most important customers in Southern Africa and Vodafone accounts in MEA. This team is located from Qatar up to South Africa.
What You Will Learn And Contribute To
Are you passionate about ordering all products (HW, SW, Services) in all business scenarios, including customer cases and Nokia Risk Orders, Trials, Demonstration, R&D, Free of Charge processes?
Are you interested to coordinate import and customs processes with Nokias Logistic Service Supplier until Goods receipt in Drop Of Point and guide the distribution process regarding shipping and planning transport, freight cost and invoice?
As part of our team, you will:
- Be responsible together with the Supply Manager for supply chain execution from project kickoff until final customer acceptance milestone and invoicing
- Contribute to all tasks related to e2e supply chain in daily business/order execution, e.g. warehouse activities, constraints solving, escalation management
- Be a primary contact for stake holders for first level escalations, and supporting team members for smooth operations
Your Skills And Experience
You have:
- Knowledge: Batchelor degree and good working knowledge of the end-to-end logistics processes and trade management in a dynamic environment
- Soft Skills: Strong networking and communication skills to collaborate with stake holders and ensure timely completion till last mile delivery
- Computer skills: Excellent MS office handling (and specifically MS Excel)
- Quality Management

- Partner and Ecosystem Management
- Nokia Portfolio experience
