Responsibilities
- Data collection and populating systems. This includes:
- Correctly capturing information onto systems (Wealth Explorer, Wealthbox, Timeline, Asset Map).
- Maintaining and updating this information.
- Draft advice documents:
- Populate review documents o Populate financial planning documents o Draft client presentations when necessary
- Various calculations and fee comparisons o Basic income and CGT calculations o Drawing fees from various service providers and compare to suggested fees o Basic estate planning calculations
- Drawing statements and investment information on existing investments from different platforms
- Prepare client take-on documents
- General non-client facing support and research
- Apply knowledge, expertise, and experience to implement the financial planning process with care.
- Draftadvice documentswith accuracy and consistency:
- Annual and semi-annual review documents o Financial planning documents o Client presentations
- Check calculations and fee comparisons for accuracy and consistency
- Overseeing new client implementation by liaising with the client and the client service consultants
- Ongoing client service that adds to overall client experience
- Oversee review process by preparing documents and following up after the meetings
- Liaise with tax or estate planning specialists
- Contribute to newsletters and client engagements
- 3+ Years' relevant experience in the financial planning or wealth management industries
- Degree in Financial Planning or Investment Management
- Certified Financial Planning board exams passed
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Must be highly professional and presentable
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Responsible and accountable individual that takes charge of his/her work
- Tech savvy with advanced computer skills and knowledge
- Must have high energy levels and be self-motivated, organised and disciplined
