- To provide Business Bank clients with excellent end to end Internet Banking experience by providing technical telephonic support ensuring that processes and procedures are adhered to and processing internet banking administration.
Minimum:
- 2 yrs work experience in a client focussed or call centre type environment
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
- Experience in a financial or banking environment
- Basic technical/systems knowledge and experience
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate
- A relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum:
- General office administration
- Chat bot channels of communication
- Communications Skills
- Problem solving skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
- Administration Skills
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Willing to work regular shifts or weekends or rotational standbys
