- Coordinate and execute administrative tasks within the Validation Department
Administrative support
- Provide input into work activities and priorities for the unit.
- Monitor adherence to schedules and report absences.
- Coordinate project and office services.
- Perform advanced administrative, operational, customer support and computational tasks.
- Prepare, compile and release documentation to external departments.
- Prepare and capture completed job cards.
- File job cards for long term record keeping.
- Load maintenance packages on system.
- Assist with ensuring PPM related compliance.
- Update, edit and/or format SOPs when required.
- Order/ buy stationery and consumables as and when required.
- Perform any other administrative tasks related to work area as and when required.
- Assist in gathering information required for reporting.
- Compile standardized reports and consolidate documents.
- Maintain and update records and systems as required.
- File all documentation according to SOP.
- Retrieve supporting documentation and records to facilitate and support query resolution and auditing.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to achieve work objectives, maintain relationships and to assist and convey information.
Skills Required
- Grade 12 with 3 to 6 years administrative experience or 2-year Diploma with 1 to 3 years administrative experience
- Broad working knowledge of concepts, terminology and specialized admin requirements to support area of responsibility.
