Perform consistently in general accordance with the governing law regulations and internal controls applicable to the position.
Demonstrate consistently independent competence of own ability in the use of the CCTV system.
Demonstrate consistently independent competence in the review and monitoring of the gaming, hospitality and security operations through the CCTV system.
Demonstrate consistently the competence to respond adequately to alarm conditions from the Casino Management System.
Demonstrate consistently the ability to record pertinent details relating to non-compliance with regulatory, internal and management controls and report these to Surveillance Management.
Provide information and guidance to patrons regarding the operation of the Casino and other facilities offered on the property when required.
Regularly demonstrates an in depth knowledge of control requirements.
Prompt respond to request from other departments to assist with reviews and review assessment standard of CCTV footage reviewed is consistently.
Show sufficient basic technical competence of the CCTV system to effect maximum uptime of the system.
Consistently puts together quality evidence bundles of CCTV video and audio files to assist with disciplinary and other enquiries.
Entries written in the Occurrence Book are consistently of high quality and standard.
Demonstrates awareness and knowledge of health and safety protocols of the property and guide other staff, contractors and patrons as necessary and when needed.
Engage well with patrons and peers and communicates effectively to ensure information as passed on accurately or problems are resolved promptly.
Reports on EGM revenue count variances, cashier float variance and catering stock variances as required and prepares reports on the findings.
Written reports required from the position are consistently well done.
Consistently displays promptness when arriving for work or relieving a shift as scheduled.
Show consistently disciplined behavior in the workplace and conformance with the company code of discipline.
Demonstrate the ability to take on extra work or work extra time willingly when needed.
