Support the company Compensation and Benefits team with the administration compensation, benefits and immigration across the company. Responsible for the payroll administration for the SSA Regional payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefit (C&B) Administration Support for the Team (40+ countries):
Provide day to day administrative support, focus on addressing immediate C&B tasks / interactions / issues to set standards and instructions
Understand and work to key C&B concepts, processes, methods and tools including metrics, standards and policies
Recognize recurring issues and trends related to C&B programs and address the same as per guidelines, else escalate for resolution
Gather and enter relevant data to provide effective administrative support
Undertake defined tasks and activities to implement
C&B programs and policies for among other: job grading and job architecture, increase and bonus processes, LTI processes, annual pay band data, ad hoc analysis, C&B dashboard, C&B projects, C&B communication, salary survey participation, benefit and wellness administration.
Maintaining process documents for C&B processes
Maintain SAP records for all SSA employees in grades
H & above
Quarterly B H employee detail reports
SSA Regional Office Payrolls
Receive payroll input from HR ops, employees, third parties etc.
Process input on EDA (e.HR / Oracle) and Payspace for the Payroll Manager to review.
Assist with payroll queries
Reports as required for HR functions: joiners, leavers, employee listing etc.
Payroll filing. Maintaining of all employee C&B related records e.g. increase letters, grading letters [URL Removed] the payroll manager with annual reporting e.g.
Employment Equity, UIF, COIDA, Directors
Emoluments
Support employees with benefit fund queries e.g.
leavers and joiners, required forms and declarations etc.
Payspace payroll reporting support to all countries across SSA (not only limited to the Regional Office)
Global Mobility
Immigration: working with third party providers, manage the immigration applications and processes across SSA and maintain related employee records.
Relocation: support employees with the relocation of goods as per global relocation policy. Work with group global insurance supporting the employee with relocation insurance.
Support C&B with mobility letters e.g., assignment letters
Maintain the expat / assignee database
Internal Audit
Collect samples and upload C&B audit samples for the
SSA region, as required
Support the Payroll Manager with collating and uploading SSA regional office payroll audit samples, as required
Quarterly B H employee detail reports
Minimum Requirements
"Bachelor's Degree
GRP certification advantageous
Experience
Payroll and taxation knowledge and experience
Advanced Pay Space, SAP, Oracle (or other HR system) knowledge
Remchannel salary survey
