Position Overview: As a PreOwned Vehicle Recon & Advertising Clerk, you will play a crucial role in preparing their preowned vehicles for sale and ensuring they are effectively advertised to attract potential buyers. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and a passion for cars.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate incoming preowned vehicles for reconditioning needs.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely repairs and enhancements.
- Create and maintain accurate vehicle listings on our website and other advertising platforms.
- Take high-quality photographs of vehicles and write compelling descriptions for listings.
- Monitor online vehicle performance and adjust advertising strategies as needed.
- Assist in organizing the dealership's inventory and maintain a clean, organized lot.
- Drive vehicles as needed for test drives, evaluations, and deliveries.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience in automotive sales, reconditioning, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, photo editing software).
- A passion for cars and a desire to help customers find the perfect vehicle.
